The number of condos sold in Placer County during April 2007 was much lower than than the number sold in March 2007. The average and median sales price increased, along with the average sales price per square-foot. The average days on market fell by 24 days. On average, sellers received a smaller percentage of their asking price, but they had to reduce their price less from their original asking price before they received a workable offer. The number of months inventory raised considerably, due to the drastic fall in sales.
