This is the first statistics update I have written for Colfax. Because there are no historical records kept in Metrolist MLS for active listings and pendings sales, I am only able to provide the current numbers for active and pending sales. When I perform my next analysis of the Colfax market in 3 months, I will be able to use the current numbers as a comparison for the numbers at that time.
Of the 77 homes for sale in Colfax, 9 are bank owned homes and 19 are short sales. That means 12% of the homes for sale are bank repos and 25% are short sales.
The least expensive home for sale in Colfax is a 725 square-foot approved short sale on Swanson Lane, which is listed for $139,500. The most expensive home for sale in Colfax is a 3,652 square-foot home on Tokayana Ranch Lane, which is listed for $1,299,000.
