Based off of data and graphs provided by Trendgraphix.com and Metrolist MLS, the number of bank owned homes listed for sale in Colfax in Metrolist MLS increased in May compared to February and May of last year.

The number of new Colfax bank owned homes that were added to the market in May decreased when compared to February and May of last year.

The number of Coflax bank owned homes pending in May was even when compared to February, but was down slightly compared to May of last year.

The number of bank owned Colfax homes that sold in May was even with February, but was down compared to May of last year.

The number of Colfax short sale homes pending sale was up in May when compared to February and May of last year as well.

The number of short sale Colfax homes that sold in May was up when compared to February, but was the same as the number sold in May of last year.
