The number of homes for sale in Granite Bay increased slightly in June when compared to March of this year, but decreased considerably compared to June of last year.
The number of new listings that were added to to the market in June was equal to the number added in March, and was only slightly less than the number added in June of last year.
As of July 26th, 2011 there are 40 homes listed in Granite Bay that are short sales in contract awaiting bank approval, compared to 33 on April 27th and 26 on July 27th, 2010.
The number of homes that were pending sale in June was higher when compared to March and June of last year.
The number of homes that sold in Granite Bay in June was up compared to March of this year, but was down slightly compared to the number of homes sold in June of last year.

Yep, I have been busy the past few days catching up the statistics for a few of the areas we cover. We do a fair amount of business in Granite Bay. One of the agents who works for me just helped a client purchase a beautiful home on Calle Montalvo Circle in Los Lagos. I also have a client with an offer out on a property in Wexford. I have my fingers crossed that they will get it, because the really love it. Thanks for subscribing to my blog. Hopefully you find the content useful.
