Patrick Hake Says:

Hello S. Babcock,

There is nothihg currently listed at this time that meets your requirements. Typically if there is something in that price range with that much property it will be in the remote areas of Georgetown, Foresthill or Placerville and will usually be more of a heavy fixer. Please provide me your contact info at http://www.placercountyhomesandland.com/contact.php and let me know which areas you are interested in. I can set you up to get alerted when new properties are available.
