Patrick is broker associate with RE/MAX Gold in Auburn, California.

Patrick currently lives in Auburn, CA with his daughter Mia, who attends Sierra Hills School in Meadow Vista and his young son William.

He is an enthusiastic real estate broker with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for helping his clients and team members reach and achieve their goals.

He writes this blog to share some of the research he regularly does to help prepare himself, his team and his clients for making smart real estate decisions, and because he has always been fascinated by markets and economics.

Pat received his real estate license in August of 2002 after finishing his degree in Economics at California State University Sacramento.

His choice of real estate as a career was natural, because both his mother and father had been practicing real estate since the late '80s and already owned and operated their own Realty World franchise when Pat finished college. He literally grew up in the real estate business.

Between 2003 and 2006, he was a top selling agent for Realty World Connection in Citrus Heights, having the opportunity to help numerous clients purchase and sell homes throughout the Sacramento region from Elk Grove to Antelope to Folsom.

In 2007, Pat left Realty World and joined RE/MAX Gold in Auburn, where he had moved to raise his family in 2004. He quickly became one of the top selling agents in that office as well.

Pat now focuses his time helping his clients sell their homes in the areas in and around Placer County. He also owns and operates the regional real estate website www.PlacerCountyHomesandLand.com. He coordinates a team of hand picked agents to help serve the needs of the sites visitors, including helping them buy and sell real estate through Placer, Sacramento, Nevada and El Dorado counties.

When not working with his clients or with his team, Pat enjoys weight training at the Auburn Racquet Club, running on many of the great trails around Auburn, cycling with his sister's charity bike team, traveling and just spending as much time as he can with his kids, who he adores.
