Sun City Roseville, Sun City Lincoln Hills and Springfield at Whitney Oaks
I am currently working with some really nice clients who are looking for a property in Sun City Roseville. They are currently renting there and think now would be a great time to buy. They originally started renting in Sun City around 2001 and watched as prices climbed in the area. Now that prices have returned to a lower level, they are excited to own their own home again.
My discussions with them over the past few months gave me the inspiration to create a few new search pages for our website. We now have a search page for Placer County Retirement Communities. It links to specific pages for the three largest retirement communities in Placer County: Sun City Lincoln Hills, Sun City Roseville and Springfield at Whitney Oaks.
As the names imply, Sun City Lincoln Hills is in Lincoln and Sun City Roseville is in West Roseville. Springfield at Whitney Oaks is in Rocklin.
The majority of the homes sold in retirement communities in Placer County are sold in Sun City Lincoln Hills, followed by Sun City Roseville and then Springfield at Whitney Ranch.
