The number of condos for sale in Placer County county continued its seasonal decline.

The number of pending sales is down slightly, which may contribute to a decrease in sales in December.

Half of the condos sold in November were either bank owned or short sales. The number of bank owned and short sale condos for sale has contributed to the decline in prices, but this decline in prices has also led to an increase in monthly sales.
