Placer County Condo and Land Statistics Update

For those of you who visit our site for updates on the condo and land market in Placer County, some changes have been made.

I will now provide updates for condo and land sales on a quarterly schedule, rather than monthly.

The number of condo and land sales in Placer County does not warrant a monthly update schedule. The statistics should be more meaningful on a quarterly basis than they were monthly.

For those of you who like to follow the recent sales of condos or land in Placer County, my weekly of map and list of recent home sales in Placer County will still provide you access to the details on recent condo and land sales.

The only change is that statistics will be compiled quarterly, rather than monthly.

The first quarterly condo update is scheduled for the beginning of May and the first quarterly land update is scheduled for the beginning of June.
