Placer County Real Estate Sales October 6th - October 12th, 2008

There were 64 homes, 3 condos, 2 residential lots and 1 duplex sold in Placer County between October 6th and October 12th, 2008 in Metrolist MLS. 37 of the properties sold were bank repos and 10 were short sales. The least expensive home that was sold in Placer County during the period was a 922 square-foot bank owned condo on Garnet Way in Auburn, which sold for $65,000 after being listed for $69,900. The most expensive home that sold in Placer County during the period was a 4,489 square-foot home on Waterstone Drive in Morgan Creek in Roseville, which sold for its asking price of $799,990.
