The number of homes for sale in Antelope dropped between February and May 2011, but increased compared to May of 2011.

The number of new listings that were added to to the market in May was higher than the number added in February, but it was lower than in May of last year.

As of June 21st, 2011 there are 136 homes listed in Antelope that are short sales in contract awaiting bank approval, compared to 91 on December 30th, and 131 on June 25th of last year.

The number of homes that were pending sale was up substatially in May when compared to both February and May of last year.

The number of homes that sold in Antelope in May was up compared to February and May of last year.
