Antelope Foreclosure Statistics Report for May 2011

The inventory of Antelope homes in preforeclosure, those homes that have received a notice of default, increased in May when compared to April, but fell dramatically compared to May of last year.

The inventory of Antelope homes that have received a notice of sale, which the final stage before foreclosure auction, fell in May compared to both April and May of last year.

The inventory of Antelope, California homes that have been foreclosed on and are currently owned by banks fell slightly compared to April and May of last year.

Based off of data and graphs provided by Trendgraphix.com and Metrolist MLS, the number of bank owned homes listed for sale in Antelope in Metrolist MLS fell in May compared to February, but was up compared to May of last year.

The number of new Antelope bank owned homes that were added to the market in May fell when compared to April and May of last year.

The number of Antelope bank owned homes pending sale was up in May compared to February and May of last year.

The number of bank owned Antelope homes that sold in May was down slightly compared to February, but was up slightly compared to May of last year.

The number of new Antelope short sale homes that were added to the market in May was up compared to the number added in February, but was down compared to May of last year.

The number of Antelope short sale homes pending sale was up considerablly in May compared to February and May of last year.

The number of short sale Antelope homes that sold in May was even with February, but was up considerablly compared to May of last year.
