The number of homes for sale in Citrus Heights dropped between February and May 2011, but increased compared to May of 2011.

The number of new listings that were added to to the market in May was higher than the number added in February, but it was lower than in May of last year.

As of June 26th, 2011 there are 156 homes listed in Citrus Heights that are short sales in contract awaiting bank approval, compared to 89 on December 29th, and 123 on June 29th of last year.

The number of homes that were pending sale was up substatially in May when compared to both February and May of last year.

The number of homes that sold in Citrus Heights in May was up compared to February, but was down slightly compared to May of last year.
