The inventory of Citrus Heights, California homes that have been foreclosed on and are currently owned by banks fell slightly compared to April, but increased considerablly compared to May of last year.

The number of new Citrus Heights bank owned homes that were added to the market in May increased when compared to April, but was even with the number added in May of last year.

The number of Citrus Heights bank owned homes pending sale was up in May compared to February and May of last year.

The number of bank owned Citrus Heights homes that sold in May was up compared to February and May of last year.

The number of Citrus Heights short sale homes pending sale was double in May what it was in February and was up considerrably compared to May of last year as well.

The number of short sale Citrus Heights homes that sold in May was up when compared to February, but was down compared to May of last year.
