Loomis Real Estate Statistics Report - June 2011

The number of homes for sale in Loomis increased between February and May 2011, but decreased slightly compared to May of 2011.

The number of new listings that were added to to the market in May was higher than the number added in February and in May of last year.

As of June 27th, 2011 there are 19 homes listed in Loomis that are short sales in contract awaiting bank approval, compared to 19 on April 16th, and 21 on June 16th of last year.

The number of homes that were pending sale was up substatially in May when compared to both February and May of last year.

The number of homes that sold in Loomis in May was up compared to February and compared to May of last year.
