The inventory of Meadow Vista, California homes that have been foreclosed on and are currently owned by banks rose in May compared to April and May of last year.

Based off of data and graphs provided by Trendgraphix.com and Metrolist MLS, the number of bank owned homes listed for sale in Meadow Vista in Metrolist MLS decreased in May compared to February and May of last year.

The number of new Meadow Vista bank owned homes that were added to the market in May remained steady when compared to February, but fell compared to May of last year.

The number of Meadow Vista bank owned homes pending in May was even when compared to February and May of last year.

The number of bank owned Meadow Vista homes that sold in May was even with February, but was down compared to May of last year.
