Folsom Foreclosures Statistics Report for June 2011

The inventory of Folsom homes in preforeclosure, those homes that have received a notice of default, increased in June when compared to May of this year, but decreased compared to June of last year.

The inventory of Folsom homes that have received a notice of sale, which is the final stage before foreclosure auction, decreased in June compared to May and compared to June of last year.

The inventory of Folsom, California homes that have been foreclosed on and are currently owned by banks declined in June when compared to May, but increased compared to June of last year. 

Foreclosureradar.com has reported the following foreclosure statistics for Folsom in their most recent report for June 2011.

Based off of data and graphs provided by Trendgraphix.com and Metrolist MLS, the number of bank owned homes listed for sale in Folsom in Metrolist MLS decreased in June when compared to May and compared to June of last year.

The number of new Folsom bank owned homes that were added to the market in June was higher than the number added in May and the number added in June of last year.

The number of Folsom bank owned homes pending sale in June was higher than the number pending sale in May and the number pending sale in June of last year.

The number of bank owned Folsom homes that sold in June was higher than the number sold in May and June of last year.

Based off of data and graphs provided by Trendgraphix.com and Metrolist MLS, the number of short sales for sale in Folsom in Metrolist MLS in June 2011 was slightly lower than the number of short sales listed for sale in May and even with the number listed in June of last year.

The number of new Folsom short sale homes that were added to the market in June was lower than the number added in May, but was higher than the number added in June of last year.

The number of Folsom short sale homes pending sale was lower in June than it was in May and was was substantially higher than the number pending sale in June of last year.

The number of short sale Folsom homes that sold in June was slightly lower than the number sold in May, but  was higher than the number sold in June of last year.
