Folsom Home Sales

The number of homes for sale in Folsom decreased in June when compared to March of this year and June of last year.

The number of new listings that were added to to the market in June was less than the number added in March and was also less than the number added in June of last year.

As of July 28th, 2011 there are 111 homes listed in Folsom that are short sales in contract awaiting bank approval, compared to 103 on April 28th and 75 on July 31st, 2010.

The number of homes that were pending sale in June was considerably higher than the number of homes pending sale in March and June of last year.

The number of homes that sold in Folsom in June was up compared to March of this year and when compared to the number of homes sold in June of last year.
