The number of homes for sale in Orangevale decreased in June when compared to March of this year and June of last year.

The number of new listings that were added to to the market in June was higher than the number added in March, but was lower than the number added in June of last year.

As of July 26th, 2011 there are 61 homes listed in Orangevale that are short sales in contract awaiting bank approval, compared to 67 on April 27th and 55 on July 29th, 2010.

The number of homes that were pending sale in June was higher when compared to March and June of last year.

The number of homes that sold in Orangevale in June was up compared to March of this year, but was down slightly compared to the number of homes sold in June of last year.
