Based off of data and graphs provided by Trendgraphix.com and Metrolist MLS, the number of bank owned homes listed for sale in Roseville in Metrolist MLS decreased in June when compared to May, but was the same when compared to June of last year.

The number of new Roseville bank owned homes that were added to the market in June was less than the number added in May, but was the same as the number added in June of last year.

The number of Roseville bank owned homes pending sale in June was higher when compared to May and June of last year.
