The number of homes for sale in Roseville decreased in June when compared to March of this year and June of last year.

The number of new listings that were added to to the market in June was higher than the number added in March, but was lower than the number added in June of last year.

As of July 25th, 2011 there are 263 homes listed in Roseville that are short sales in contract awaiting bank approval, compared to 249 on April 26th and 236 on July 11th, 2010.

The number of homes that were pending sale in June was higher when compared to March and June of last year.

The number of homes that sold in Roseville in June was up compared to March of this year and was even with the number of homes sold in June of last year.
