El Dorado Hills Foreclosures Statistics Report for August 2011

The inventory of El Dorado Hills homes in preforeclosure, those homes that have received a notice of default, more than doubled in August when compared to July of this year and was up 50% from August of last year.

The inventory of El Dorado Hills homes that have received a notice of sale, which is the final stage before foreclosure auction, decreased in August when compared to July and when compared to August of last year.

The inventory of El Dorado Hills, California homes that have been foreclosed on and are currently owned by banks increased in August compared to July, but decreased compared to August of last year.

Based off of data and graphs provided by Trendgraphix.com and Metrolist MLS, the number of bank owned homes listed for sale in El Dorado Hills in Metrolist MLS decreased in August when compared to May and compared to August of last year.

The number of new El Dorado Hills bank owned homes that were added to the market in August was slightly higher than the number added in May and was also higher than the number added in August of last year.

The number of El Dorado Hills bank owned homes pending sale in August was lower than the number pending sale in May, but was higher than the number pending sale in August of last year.

The number of bank owned El Dorado Hills homes that sold in August was slightly lower than the number sold in May, but was higher than the number sold in August of last year.

Based off of data and graphs provided by Trendgraphix.com and Metrolist MLS, the number of short sales for sale in El Dorado Hills in Metrolist MLS in August 2011 was lower than the number of short sales listed for sale in May and August of last year.

The number of new El Dorado Hills short sale homes that were added to the market in August was the same as the number added in May, but was lower than the number added in August of last year.

The number of El Dorado Hills short sale homes pending sale was higher in August than it was in May and much higher than the number pending sale in August of last year.

The number of short sale El Dorado Hills homes that sold in August was higher than the number sold in May and was also higher than the number sold in August of last year.
