El Dorado Hills Real Estate Statistics Report - September 2011

El Dorado Hills Home Sales

The number of homes for sale in El Dorado Hills decreased in August when compared to May of this year and compared to August of last year.

The number of new listings that were added to to the market in August was slightly higher than the number added in May, but was slightly lower than the number added in August of last year.

As of September 25th, 2011 there are 88 homes listed in El Dorado Hills that are short sales in contract awaiting bank approval, compared to 82 on May 5th and 81 on August 9th, 2010.

The number of homes that were pending sale in August was slightly higher than the number of homes pending sale in May, but was substantially higher than the number pending sale in August of last year.

The number of homes that sold in El Dorado Hills in August was higher than the number of homes sold in May of this year and August of last year.
