The inventory of Loomis homes in preforeclosure, those homes that have received a notice of default, decreased in August when compared to July of this year and August of last year.

The inventory of Loomis homes that have received a notice of sale, which is the final stage before foreclosure auction, increased in August when compared to July and when compared to August of last year.

The inventory of Loomis, California homes that have been foreclosed on and are currently owned by banks remained steady in August compared to July, but increased when compared to August of last year.

Based off of data and graphs provided by Trendgraphix.com and Metrolist MLS, the number of bank owned homes listed for sale in Loomis in Metrolist MLS decreased in August when compared to May, but increased when compared to August of last year.

The number of new Loomis bank owned homes that were added to the market in August was lower than the number added in May, but was higher than the number added in August of last year.

The number of Loomis bank owned homes pending sale in August was the same as the number pending sale in May, but was higher than the number pending sale in August of last year.

The number of bank owned Loomis, California homes that sold in August was the same as the number that sold in May and the number that sold in August of last year.

The number of Loomis, California short sale homes pending sale was the same in August as it was in May, but was higher than the number pending sale in August of last year.

The number of short sale Auburn homes that sold in August was lower than the number sold in May, but was the same as the number sold in August of last year.
