The number of homes for sale in Loomis increased in August when compared to May of this year, but decreased when compared to August of last year.

The number of new listings that were added to to the market in August was lower than the number added in May and the number added to the market in August of last year.

As of September 27th, 2011 there are 19 homes listed in Loomis that are short sales in contract awaiting bank approval, compared to 19 on June 27th.

The number of homes that were pending sale in August was higher than the number of homes pending sale in May and the number that were pending sale in August of last year.

The number of homes that sold in Loomis in August was the same as the number of homes sold in May of this year, but was slightly higher than the number sold in August of last year.
