The inventory of Meadow Vista homes that have received a notice of sale, which is the final stage before foreclosure auction, increased in August when compared to July, but decreased when compared to August of last year.

The inventory of Meadow Vista, California homes that have been foreclosed on and are currently owned by banks remained steady in August compared to July, but doubled when compared to August of last year.

Based off of data and graphs provided by Trendgraphix.com and Metrolist MLS, the number of bank owned homes listed for sale in Meadow Vista in Metrolist MLS increased in August when compared to May and when compared to August of last year.

The number of new Meadow Vista bank owned homes that were added to the market in August was higher than the number added in May and was also higher than the number added in August of last year.

The number of Meadow Vista bank owned homes pending sale in August was the same as the number pending sale in May, but was higher than the number pending sale in August of last year.

The number of bank owned Meadow Vista, California homes that sold in August was the same as the number that sold in May and the number that sold in August of last year.
