Based off of data and graphs provided by Trendgraphix.com and Metrolist MLS, the number of bank owned homes listed for sale in Placerville in Metrolist MLS Increased in August when compared to May and compared to August of last year.
The number of new Placerville bank owned homes that were added to the market in August was the same as the number added in May and the same as the number added in August of last year as well.
