The number of homes for sale in Placerville increased in August when compared to May of this year, but decreasede compared to August of last year.

The number of new listings that were added to to the market in August was higher than the number added in May, but was the same as the number added in August of last year.

As of September 19th, 2011 there are 35 homes listed in Placerville that are short sales in contract awaiting bank approval, compared to 38 on May 30th and 36 on August 30th, 2010.

The number of homes that were pending sale in August was higher than the number of homes pending sale in May and August of last year.
