The number of homes for sale in Shingle Springs increased in July when compared to April of this year and July of last year.

The number of new listings that were added to to the market in July was higher than the number added in April and July of last year.

As of September 2nd, 2011 there are 10 homes listed in Shingle Springs that are short sales in contract awaiting bank approval, compared to 12 on May 30th and 10 on August 24th, 2010.

The number of homes that were pending sale in July was higher than the number of homes pending sale in April and July of last year.

The number of homes that sold in Shingle Springs in July was up compared to April of this year and compared to the number of homes sold in July of last year.
