Citrus Heights Foreclosures Statistics Report for September 2011

The inventory of Citrus Heights homes in preforeclosure, those homes that have received a notice of default, decreased in September when compared to August of this year and September of last year.

The inventory of Citrus Heights homes that have received a notice of sale, which is the final stage before foreclosure auction, decreased in September when compared to August and when compared to September of last year.

The inventory of Citrus Heights, California homes that have been foreclosed on and are currently owned by banks decreased in September compared to August of this year and September of last year.

Based off of data and graphs provided by Trendgraphix.com and Metrolist MLS, the number of bank owned homes listed for sale in Citrus Heights in Metrolist MLS decreased in September when compared to June and September of last year.

The number of new Citrus Heights bank owned homes that were added to the market in September was lower than the number added in June and the number added in September of last year.

The number of Citrus Heights bank owned homes pending sale in September was higher than the number pending sale in June and was much higher than the number pending sale in September of last year.

The number of bank owned Citrus Heights, California homes that sold in September was slightly lower than the number that sold in June, but was higher than the number that sold in September of last year.

The number of Citrus Heights, California short sale homes pending sale was higher in September than it was in June and was also higher than the number pending sale in September of last year.
